Refund Policy for Shared Hosting

Packages & Products: Refunds apply only to shared hosting plans. Domain names, SSL certificates, and web design services are not refundable.

Mismatch with Description: If the hosting features do not match what was described on our website, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days.

One-Time Refund Policy: If you have received a refund for a shared hosting plan, you will not be eligible for another refund on any future re-signups or re-purchases of our hosting services.

Proof of Issue Required: To request a refund, you must provide clear evidence that the core hosting service is not functioning as described. This may include screenshots of errors or detailed explanations that can be verified by our team. Refund claims (actual problem) must be reproducible on our end.

Please note: Refunds are not granted for issues related to third-party applications (such as WordPress or similar platforms) or email delivery problems. Refunds apply only if the core hosting service fails to meet the features and functionality advertised, regardless of external software or email configuration.

Refund Period: If you have used the shared hosting service for more than 7 days, you are not eligible for a refund.

We aim to provide reliable shared hosting. Please read our terms before purchasing. For questions, contact support. or create ticket with your login user and password.

Customers may upgrade or downgrade their hosting package on a prorated basis. Any remaining balance will be credited to their account and cannot be refunded or transferred to a bank account. Credits are non-transferable.
