Invoice, Suspension & Cancellation Policy Overview

Our policy ensures transparency and fairness for all clients regarding invoices, service suspensions, and cancellations. Please review the following timeline and actions that apply to all services and domains:

• Invoice Generation: Invoices are generated and sent to you 7 days before the service due date. This gives you ample time to review and make payment.
• Grace Period: You have until the due date to pay your invoice. No late fees are applied during this period.
• Service Suspension: If payment is not received by the due date, your service will be suspended 7 days after the due date. During suspension, your website, email, and databases will be inaccessible, but your data remains intact.
• Cancellation Scheduling: If your service remains suspended for 7 days, it will be scheduled for cancellation. This provides a final opportunity to pay and restore your service.
• Permanent Cancellation: If payment is not made, your service will be permanently cancelled 22 days after suspension (30 days after the due date). All data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Invoice Voiding: Any unpaid invoice will be automatically voided 30 days after the due date, typically coinciding with service cancellation.
• Domain & Hosting Packages: If your package includes both domain and hosting, both will be cancelled if payment is not received. You will lose all rights to the domain, with no option for recovery or redemption.

Example Timeline:
- Invoice Created: May 24th
- Due Date: May 29th
- Service Suspended: June 5th
- Cancellation Scheduled: June 12th
- Service & Invoice Cancelled: June 27th

Important: It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment and compliance with our policies. Once a service or domain is cancelled, recovery is not possible and we are not liable for any data or service loss.
