Strict Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for Shared Hosting and Email Services
This AUP defines strict rules for using our shared hosting and email services. All clients must comply with this policy. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without warning or refund.
1. Illegal Activity: Any use of our services for illegal purposes is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, hacking, phishing, fraud, or storing/distributing illegal content. Violators will be reported to the relevant authorities.
2. Zero Tolerance for Spam: The sending of unsolicited bulk emails, spam, or any form of email abuse is strictly prohibited. Any account found engaging in spamming will be immediately terminated, and blacklisting incidents may result in legal action.
3. Excessive Resource Consumption: Shared hosting environments are limited. Any script, process, or activity that consumes excessive server resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth, etc.) will result in account suspension or removal without prior notice.
4. Email Abuse and Mass Mailing: Our email service is intended for normal business communication only. Mass mailing, marketing campaigns, or bulk messages are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing. Violators will be terminated.
5. Prohibited Content: Hosting or linking to adult content, hate speech, pirated media/software, malware, scams, or any offensive or abusive material is banned. Detection will lead to instant account termination.
6. Security and Exploits: Clients must not attempt to bypass server security, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of penetration testing without express written permission. Such actions will be treated as hostile and result in service cancellation and possible legal action.
7. Account Responsibility: Clients are fully responsible for all activities under their account. Weak passwords, outdated scripts, or misconfigurations that result in abuse may still result in suspension.
8. Interference with Other Clients: Any activity that negatively impacts other clients or server operations, including unauthorized scanning or denial-of-service attacks, is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
9. Monitoring and Enforcement: We actively monitor servers and investigate all reports of abuse. We reserve the right to access, audit, and take immediate action on any account found in violation of this AUP without prior notice.
10. Policy Updates: This policy is subject to change without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the latest version. Clients are responsible for reviewing this AUP periodically.
10. Cancellation Policy: Cancelation Policy
11. Email Communication and Liability: WCORS is not liable for any fraudulent activities, money laundering, or disputes resulting from email communications between parties. If an email account is compromised or used for unauthorized activities—regardless of the client’s awareness or acceptance or rejection —WCORS assumes no legal responsibility. Clients must log in to their email accounts regularly (daily or weekly), change passwords frequently, and update or remove unsecured files to maintain security. Abuse of email services is strictly prohibited; if detected, WCORS may suspend or terminate the account without notice. By using our services, clients agree to these terms as part of the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms a binding contract with WCORS.
